Quality Clauses

 QC 1 - Machining Suppliers must furnish inspection report, certificate of Conformance, and as applicable material and processing certifications for the parts they submit.
QC 2 - Documented first article inspection reports shall be submitted to quality prior to the beginning of production. The supplier assumes all financial responsibility for replacement, rework, and material when production of parts has begun without first article inspection approval from quality AS9102 fair form when stipulated on P.O
QC 3 - Any delay in shipment for any reason has to be conveyed to customer quality as soon as the delay is known by the supplier.
QC 4 - Any change to the contract requirements by the supplier must be approved by the customer in writing.
QC 5 - All information in the contract must be held in confidence by the supplier and no third party requests for information will be authorized unless instructed in writing by a customer representative. All documents to be retained for 10 year min unless extended retention is required by customer quality flow down.
QC 6 - In addition to our right of entry, the supplier agrees to right of entry for our customers, or regulatory agencies to all facilities and records in the performance of this contract.
QC 7 - Manufacturer's or machining shops must have a quality system in compliance to AS9003, AS9100 "C", or ISO9001:2008 as applicable by our customers.
QC 8 - Subcontractors are required to notify quality prior to transferring any work to a new facility. The customer will determine prior to the transfer if the subcontractor may perform the transfer of work.
QC 9 - Supplier notification to organization of nonconforming product.
QC 10 - Arrangements for organization approval of supplier nonconforming material.
QC 11 - Requirements for the supplier to flow down to sub-tier suppliers the applicable requirements in the purchasing documents, including key characteristics where required and positive FOD control processes.
QC 12 - Requirements for the supplier to comply with executive orders E13224. Supplier shall not engage in any transaction of any type with persons or businesses or organizations who commit or support terrorism.
QC 13 -  For Processing Suppliers, the following are the minimum requirements.
Processing suppliers must furnish processing certification of the purchase order requirements, and shall not process any parts for which they are not certified or approved. After 01-01-05 NADCAP / and Special owner approval is required. Acceptable quality system requirements are AC7004, ISO 9001, or AS9100 any revision QC 3, QC 4, QC 5, QC 6, QC 8, QC 9, QC 10, QC 11, QC 12, QC 17 are applicable.
QC 14 -  For Material Suppliers, the following are the minimum requirements.
Material suppliers must furnish material certifications to the purchase order requirements, and shall not supply material for which they are not certified or approved. Acceptable quality system requirements are AC7004,  ISO 9001, or AS9100 any revision
QC 3, QC 4, QC 5, QC 6, QC 8, QC 9, QC 12, QC 17, QC18 are applicable.
QC 15 -  For Machining and Manufacturer suppliers QC1 - QC15 & QC17 are applicable.
QC 16 -  For Calibration/Testing suppliers, the following are the minimum requirements.
Calibration/Test suppliers must furnish Calibration/Test reports to the purchase order requirements, and be traceable to the specific equipment or item which they are calibrating or testing. Traceability to NIST and/or other national or international standards must be supplied ISO 10012, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 17025, NADCAP Testing, ANSIZ540, and/or NAVLAP accreditation will be the quality system requirements. Actual data must be  supplied.
QC 3, QC 4, QC 5, QC 6, QC 8, QC 9, QC 10, QC 11, QC 12, QC 17  are applicable.
QC 17 - You must certify that, to the best of your knowledge and belief, all shipments made under our purchase orders are in full compliance with the below listed DFARS clauses to the extent they are applicable. This clause assures that you have processes and procedures in place to sustain this compliance, including processes that ensure flow-down of these clauses to sub-tiers, as applicable.

QC 18 - Suppliers must verify that the material supplied is DRC conflict free: Materials Supplied must not be from the
